The marketing team was tasked with coming up with organic methods to increase signups and brand awareness. So I came up with the idea of creating monthly organic campaigns based on popular themes that occur each month - seasonal themes/monthly social media holidays - to reach new users. I developed the concepts for each campaign, created a thorough organic content plan, and led the project. Each strategy included a landing page (two versions so we could A/B test), an email, social media posts, and a blog post. I wrote all the content and worked with the designer to produce all visual aspects, as well as the email marketing manager to ensure we reached our target audience.
As a result of these collective campaigns, we achieved an impressive 6.4M impressions and 3.2K new signups within a few months.
We wanted to update our Shopify video to focus on our main features and encourage Shopify merchants to use Easyship as their all-in-one shipping solution. I wrote a new script for the video, updated the app description and recorded the voiceover.
I manage the blog content calendar and strategically crafted blog topics that would resonate with our target audience and improve our search engine rankings. Several blog posts I wrote made it onto the first page of Google, one of which earned a number one position ranking. These posts generated over 1 million impressions within just five months, with an average click-through rate of 1.3%. Below are some of the articles that I wrote.
I wrote copy for Facebook and LinkedIn and came up with content ideas for our Instagram page. Our biggest focus was growing our LinkedIn page and through a consistent posting strategy, I managed to increase impressions by 172%, clicks by 291%, and followers by 110% over a 6 month period, compared to the previous 6 months.
