Lauren Green is an author and copywriter from Kent, UK. Lauren's career began in creating social media content and blogging, then working as a social media manager for a fintech startup, copywriting for various brands as a freelancer, to then planning and executing content strategies for start-up businesses and becoming a senior copywriter.

Alongside her full-time work, Lauren writes poetry and short fiction stories.
Lauren is the author of Heartstrings and Hellish Things, her debut poetry pamphlet, published in April 2024. Her writing delves into dark, thought-provoking pieces, often exploring mental health to open conversations about topics that are typically left unspoken.
